I’m excited to announce Return to You, a women’s wellness workshop creating space to pause, reconnect, and renew.

Join us in beautiful Topsail Beach, NC on January 9, 2027 from 10:00 am - 3 pm as we take time to pause, restore, and reset, and begin the new year with intention.

This retreat will feature guest therapist and artist Amy Tuski. Amy will guide to bring together creativity, meaningful connection, and opportunities to care for ourselves.
